We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice. These rules will be deemed applicable to each contest unless the specific contest guidelines state otherwise.
By entering the competition, contestants will be deemed to have read and understood these terms and conditions and are bound by them. All our decisions will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
Any person who is an employee or immediate family member of an employee of Naturecan Ltd. or any other person directly associated with the organization of a particular competition is not eligible to participate.
All entrants must be over 18 years of age unless any other age restriction is stated or implied. Participants should obtain prior permission from their parent or legal guardian if they are under the age of 18.
All entries must be received by the deadline specified in the competition. Applications will be logged after submission. It is not responsible for any applications that are misdirected, lost for technical or other reasons, or received after the deadline.
We reserve the absolute right to disqualify without notice any entries to any competition which we believe have used incorrect technical means of entry and/or are believed to be fraudulent.
Participants are responsible for their own costs for accessing computer networks.
We are not responsible or accept any liability for: (i) any failure by a winner or any entrant to comply with these terms; ii) any disruption, delay or misdirection of records; or (iii) any server, system or network failures, malfunction or unavailability.
We will be the promoter of all competitions subject to these terms unless otherwise stated.

If for any reason an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value.
Only one prize will be awarded per household.
No cash or other alternative will be provided for the prize and prizes are non-transferable.

The winner's name will be drawn at random after the closing date from all valid applications received.
The prize winner will be notified within 28 days of being identified .
